Prof. Pat Heffernan

• Chair of Civil Engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada, Kingston, and partner in the RCI's annual Blast Programme.

Kathryn Grond

• Project coordinator for the Cities Centre and provides project facilitation for the Infrastructure Resilience research group.

Alec Hay

• Facilitates the establishment and development of the RCI, project coordinator for the RCI and teaches Infrastructure Resilience Planning and Infrastructure Protection.

There are also many corresponding members of the RCI, who have joined through their work on a research project, through partner organisations or through the Sandford Fleming Forum.

Vacancies currently exist for the RCI Administrator and a Blast Engineer to lead the Explora Research Programme. Both appointments will be advertised soon.
