All graduate students that wish to convocate must fill out the form below in their last active term at the University of Toronto.  This will trigger staff in the Office of Student Services to confirm the completion of degree requirements and formally recommend all completing students to the School of Graduate Studies.  Office staff will then contact all applicants to confirm their convocation status or advise on any missing requirements.

Deadlines

• The deadline for March 2012 convocation in absentia has passed.
• To convocate on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 10AM, you must complete this form by Friday, April 13, 2012.
• To convocate in November, 2012, you must complete this form in September (date TBA).
